Yeah it seem like the kids respect old black ladies the most even more then the men in school.
My mom ain't old, but yeah that black woman stern look will make any kid quit their foolishness lol

I hate to say this and sound like a c00n but you fukked up teaching black kids..you need to educate the white youfs..
This is especially true if the parents helped them with the fukked up homework 'cause then they feel insulted. With white parents you gotta watch your back every minute because they don't like the fact that you think you're smart enough to teach their kids anyway, and they're looking for any sign that you're not qualified. shyt real out here b.
Yo I'm a teachers aide type nikka, these fukkin kids be wildn..I'm talking jumping on tables and desks,a classroom full of girls screaming to the top of there lungs, they bout to fight eachother... It's like a madhouse in there b...And these just the 3rd graders...
Of course it's some good classes with kids that do there work and shyt, but the majority of these fukking kids be on some Bullshyt b..
It's like some kids be like oh shyt we got a substitute teacher it's going down when they see me..
So I need to find some ways to get into these fukking kids head before it's too late for them cus it's real out here b..
I'm thinking bout just keeping it real wit them like telling them they ain't gonna be shyt if they go at this rate.
WHAT WOULDdo?
Another method to get control is put them on teams for a game......
For example, write 6 categories of months on the board...like
Jan/Feb ................. Mar/Apr ..........May/June...........July/Aug............Sept/Oct.........Nov/Dec..........
These are you 6 teams, so either tell each team to go stand on different sides of the room, site in certain areas, or have them raise their hand....and ask them educational questions or fun questions...whatever, and have them compete.....they like being on teams...a...or you can do it by last names..or whatever...
When I first started teaching it was at elementary school level and those young kids are so hard to rein in at first. You're lucky you're a man, that ALREADY instills some sort of fear in them. I would try to calm my class down initially by doing "Hands up, hands down." Which was me yelling "hands up" until everyone got quiet and started lifting their hands, then down and up etc. Calmed them down and let me rein them in.

Brother the deal is too real. I just got put in charge of a tutoring program at one of the worst schools in our city. Seven year olds getting sent to alternative schools. Dopefiend moms coming to pick the kids up. Lockdowns because of local shootouts.
I was supposed to have 6-8 kids. Yesterday I had 18. We got kicked out of a classroom and they got us in the teachers' lunchroom with 9 chairs.
You had one cuss at you yet? There's a special kind of hate that boils up in you but then you realize their whole life ain't been shyt and that's how they've been taught to respond.
We tell them we love them and that we act like family in our program. The kids are expected to show love to their family and anything else gets the boot. That means no distracting others or gassing someone or any bullshyt like that. A friend who works at another shyt school tells me she will never be the first one to let go of a hug since that's the only affection they might get all day. She also dresses VERY well since she might be the only well dressed black person they see all week. I do the same.
All it takes is one bad one to screw up the whole room. Don't feel guilty about dropping the hammer and kicking someone to the principal.

It takes a special, patient person to teach. My mom has taught special ed (behavior disorder) kids for 30 years, the stories she tells me aren't too off from what you're tellin say @seymour cake . Somehow she's stuck in there and made a positive impact on the kids' lives though. When I was out of work for a substantial time a couple years back, she suggested I sub, I had to turn it down though, can't deal with these bad ass kids lmao

The best days.

This is the most basic of rules. They will point out every single flaw you have and exploit that shyt to the fullest. The other day some kid tried to get on me because I've had the same pair of shoes on since the first day of school. Meanwhile he just got new kicks... Ask me what his grades is looking like.Hang in there, b. Seriously. You can't take anything they say personally. They're kids. Just remember most of the shyt they do is for attention and validation, and there are ways you can meet those needs more constructively. Mostly, they want to test you, to see if you're going to fold and where you're weak spots are. Just be consistent, fair, tough, and don't overreact.

I'm sorry bro..I went to all black schools all my life so I know the drama..I'm actually getting a teaching degree...I love my people but I'm going to move to Norway to teach white children
