Overwatch is not that demanding.

Get a prebuild with a Core i5 3470 and GTX 1050 Ti and you can get that done with $300 or so.

Get this:
HP Pro 6300 MT PC Desktop Core i5-3470 3.20 GHz 8GB 250GB HD Win 7 Pro #9 | eBay

You can still upgrade to Windows 10 for free.

Then go to jet.com and buy a GTX 1050 Ti for about $130 after promo.

You will likely want to get more/better storage, but that's a good holder until you want to spend real money.
