I can't objectively reccomend getting a PS4 over an XB1 right now

I got both. Xbox gets a lot more burn than my PS4 though.

More of my friends have Xbox.
I like the controller better.
I like Live better.
I have a Kinect so using voice commands to switch to games, TV, Netflix is pretty cool.
At the moment Xbox has better exclusives overall than PS4 IMO.
When PlayStation has more of their Japanese games comes out it will get a lot more burn

Kinect is straight though. But if you are getting use out of it, then cool.

I'm getting it day one. I wouldn't buy a PS4 for Street Fighter V alone though.

I'm neutral when it comes to the big three companies out now.I was a big Nintendo stan til they did friend codes shyt and realized they aren't ready for the crown again. Now I'm a big PC gamer and the variety of games you can play is just too good to pass up. Now I'm just playing the waiting game til some heat drops. Next years E3 better be good.

That's because you aren't a big fighting game guy. Anyone who is a fighting game fan knows that PS4 is the system to get unless the only fighting games you like are Killer Instinct and Smash. Everything else is shaping up to be PS4 exclusive, so for most fighting gamers such as myself, PS4 is objectively the console to recommend.

With any other genres I guess it's a bit murkier, but considering Sony's track record compared to Microsoft's, the smart money is that PS4 will eventually have the better library.

Guilty Gear and Street Fighter are better than anything on Xbox. Blazblue is always on Playstation but rarely on Xbox. The new Dissidia game will probably only be on PS4, Fighting games are probably half of what I play, I would never even consider getting an Xbox One. I chose Xbox 360 over PS3 (only because it was cheaper) and missed out on a lot of good games. I won't be buying a "current gen" system until the NX has been out for awhile.
