I live in the UK but I went to East Africa back in 2015. It gets pretty hot after 1pm and it was alright I never had problems out there.
My pops was out in Djibouti. No lie he said it got up to 130 F. Idk if he used sunscreen but damn. These days he just gets darker when he’s out in the sun, me too

We prob still get it, we just don’t know we got skin cancer. By the time the doctors catch it it’s too late and we damn near dead:deadmanny:

It's because we're not eating the foods or exercising like we're suppose to. These foods and products we use are pumped with chemicals that tamper with the melanin that's suppose to ABSORB the sunlight.

When we eat food, our body has to go through the food to get the nutrients that it really needs, not the food itself.

What does the sun give? Pure nutrients.

I suggest watching Dr. Laila Afrika's video " We are Different " :salute:

Got to watch 15 mins today(busy schedule) ....video got me like :whew:thus far.

Almost thought it was a spoof or something the first couple of mins. His oration style is just comedy to me for some reason lol
