Funny thing is we can call him a c00n but I look in the mirror and love myself and I love my ancestry. Hell for the most part other races call me attractive and like me. Black women love me. Still when I look at the raw deal us black dudes get in this world and the handicaps we have it does make me depressed at times. We're playing the video game of life on the hardest difficulty. I would never switch my shoes because I love them but I just look at the situation and the racism and prejudice gives me an insight to humanity that the privledged can never understand. Sometimes I do wonder how much stress and years off our lives the struggles we go through cause, and how life would be without that burden.

In a way most Black Americans are like Japanese they hide and ignore problems surrounding mental health in their community.
