Some of the exercise advice in here is gonna get this nikka injured🤣🤣

He is getting off the couch to begin using muscles that haven't been utilized at respectable levels in years...

Sprinting is gonna put him on I.R.

Jogging anything more than a mile right away might fukk up his knees...

Diet 1st

Yes weightlifting/cardio needs to be done...

But he needs to build up his body and muscles to get used to a regimen.

Yes he should push himself, but within a PROPER timeframe..

nikka lowkey made a just before summer help thread🤣🤣🤣

This one a done deal homeboy

Think about this like Baby steps.

Your Diet is the mayor key Watch what you eat and more importantly Drink.

Soft drinks/alcohol/ store bought juice/ milk all poison in some form or another.

Im not saying quit drinking everything else but water, but you should be consuming it 8 x more than everything else.
Learn to make your own juices at home its easy and cheap with the right equipment just requires clean up.

Learn how to count calories and eat clean not sweet /fatty /fried/processed stuff before bed without giving yourself a chance to burn it off.

Plan your meals ahead of time this was key for me cause I :smoker: and Im dangerous when I get the munchies. So I made it inconvenient for me to be able to eat unhealthy snacks after smoking. Like putting my phone away for no high door dashing, smoking far away from the food pantry so I don't fukk up my kids snacks. I usually have a bowl of mixed Nuts ⏸️ :dame:with some fancy chesses. Or have some Bomb leftovers on deck. Never go unplanned cause that's like going raw on a new biddy once you start winging it its hard to go back.

As far of exercise start of light walk first, then Run.
If you feel like hitting the weights maybe start with callisthenics first to see where you at with lifting your body weight.
Everyone is different and you dont want to do too much, too fast. Feel intense amounts of pain (or even worse injure yourself) then never comeback to it. Just be a better you than yesterday.

A simple thing to do for example you watching something that gets you excited like a basketball/football game. during the breaks do some push ups, squats, sit ups, calf raises etc etc start with 5 each.

Even if you do everything right you may be back in shape by the end of the year. Its important to have realistic Goals but whats more important is for you to

GO see a Doctor get a regular check up and make sure you don't have any mineral deficiencies example anemia or have high blood pressure etc and also see a nutritionist before getting advice from Gym Bro. You not that :flabbynsick: but if you start taking some of these pre-workouts your heart might burst out ya chest breh.

There are great threads here a recent great one was made by @TAYLONDO SAMSWORTHY

Making up your mind is the first step now follow through with it every day. No need to lift everyday just watch what you lifting with your Fork, Spoon and Cup.

Actually, you're wrong. The best thing you can do if youve been sedentary is to go to a track do a light warm up, stretches, a couple squats, lunges--nothing more than 5mins total. Then sprint around the track, as hard as you can for 1 lap.

That's it.

You feel like your going to die. You'll be uncontrollably and involuntarily shaking, your body will be screaming. But that's it. Go home. Sit on the couch, or shower, eat.

Next day your entire body will be conditioned, you don't have to worry about doms, or slowly easing into workouts and shyt. So from there you jump into any workout program within your range and not have to knock the dust off.

You can't sprint forever. So you'll be running at the start at 100% of 100% of what you can do, then your body will start to fatigue, you you'll be running at 100% of 90% of your body's capacity, the 100% of 80, 100% of 70, 100% of 60 then your run (that 1 lap) will be over. Might take you 10-15 mins to recover...maybe 20-25. You'll feel it. But from there is smooth sailing. It's a shock to your entire system.
