Women have a limited period of time to really capitalize off of their appearance. These fake butts are giving them more confidence, more attention, more opportunities. They can just get a different surgery when they hit their 40's and they aren't getting as much attention anymore. It's shallow, but not any more shallow than the men that ogle women's body parts (which is damn near all of us).
