What tips can y'all give me

As of 2 days I cut off all pop drinks etc
Been drinking water consistently
Crunches and sit ups after my lift


I don't wanna lose the muscle gains I made while trying to lose this mini gut

Mothafukka:what:As long as your diet is in check, you should see results weekly. Want a real key? Walk more. Hit intervals 2-3 times a week.

The easiest way, however, to get that extra boost is to wake up an hour earlier than normal every day, put on some music, and walk around your neighborhood for 45minutes to an hour. You get an active start to the day, and you get a bit of fasted cardio in. You should be tightening up every few days that way. Eat more broccoli as well, as that fiber, the nutrients, and the water it includes will get you closer to your goal with minimal work.

I did it pretty fast by cutting all drinks down to just water for 4 weeks. Not sure if it helped but the main fruits I ate were green apples, raspberries, blackberry. Just eat right, walk , cut all that juice shyt out and you should see results.

also starving yourself will give you a gut because your body will notice you are not eating enough and will try to store up as much fat as it can so it can feed of itself

All have to do is some crunches or start fukking more to strength your abdominal muscles, but judging by your post the former is within your ability than the latter

Not a huge just very little
Gains everywhere else
But I was drinking too much pop and eating mickyds everyday

I remember Chad Johnson back in his prime would.eat mickysds everyday and still maintain 6pack

Body weight (in pounds) x 15 = Maintenance cals (what you need to stay at your current weight) minus 20% = The cals you should be eating to lose fat.

X 15 is the most commonly used, but you can test it for yourself. I tend to use x 14.

Do this with IIFYM and IF, then losing will be easy.

Works great for me, I eat well, don't do cardio that much and losing fat pretty much every week.

you can't target which fat to lose
you just eat fewer calories than maintenance and slowly lose fat, unfortunately stomach fat is usually the last to go since that's protecting your major organs
