As of 2 days I cut off all pop drinks etc
Been drinking water consistently
Crunches and sit ups after my lift
I don't wanna lose the muscle gains I made while trying to lose this mini gut

As long as your diet is in check, you should see results weekly. Want a real key? Walk more. Hit intervals 2-3 times a week.
