OP has clearly never actually trained boxing.

The conditioning work alone is a monster, you really have to be able to go the distance. My first class I legit almost passed out, and I've seen several newbies throw up on their first day. It's a cool sport to get into but the intense training will make or break you.

I was throwing up a week into it. nikkas think shyt is sweet till you’ve done your roadwork and coach tells you to hit the gloves while you hunched over, gasping for air.

After running a mile in the hot sun and doing planks, coach asked us to do 50 consecutive burpees. I legit gave him the face.

After that we still had bag work, mitt work, push ups, and ran another mile in the sun. This sport isn’t for scrubs

Won’t go pro but you can test your theory out....

28 is late but my dawg D. Beamon from NC went pro kinda recently and he’s in his mid 30s

Mitt work so damn annoying. nikkas don’t know how hard it is to hot small targets with proper combinations while using proper footwork when your last good breath was an hour and a half ago.

It’s fun when you energized though.

Definitely. It’s no joke and don’t think you gonna go pro but it’s worth it. Even with like 6 months of legit training, you’re probably better than 85% of people around off of stamina alone.
