That's the fukked thing I hate about them....those came to me wit the card

Make sure it's actually a legit lawsuit...a lot of the time places just send out threatening letters en mass threatening to sue people that they for the most part don't follow up on (unless you owe them a huge amount of money) just because they know that a good percentage will get scared and pay up. If you owe them like $100 or something then it may not even be worth the time/effort to actually follow through with the lawsuit and they're just bullshytting you to scare you.

But if it's a legit lawsuit call and see if they're willing to settle. Truth be told, they're usually pretty willing to settle for a smaller amount.

I got a notice from Capital One thats doing one about non emergency calls from them, but im not gonna take part of it. Just helping out here. Now once Brinks & Carnival Cruise hit me up then im taking part.
