I love Janet, I really do but Latoya could've sang "that's the way love goes" and nobody would have noticed the difference.

So, whitney got no songs like that

once again, there's more to music than just having a BIG VOICE

Janet has way better music than Whitney Houston its not even debatable

Jennifer Hudson can sing EVERY WHITNEY HOUSTON SONG, they hard songs to sing if you have a big voice, they are designed for that

That album it was on wasn't an R&B album

I'm your baby tonight was the name of the album and the lead track, the entire album was R&B produced by Baby Face and LA Reid
It was #1 on black charts that year and was nominated for Grammys in the rnb category and won the best rnb song at the AMAs that year :umad:
Produced by Kashif
That album may not have been strictly rnb but that song was one of the biggest rnb songs of that decade.

I feel you but the fact she got booed at the Soul Train Awards should tell you the whole story. That was the only award show we had back then. Whitney’s music was being played on pop and lite music stations. I remember that shyt well becuz I would hear her every single time I was at the doctor or dentist or nurses office at school
That makes sense. Back where I’m from we had one urban station that played young black music and one that played the blues.

I still remember when they didn’t play secular music on radios until after noon on Sunday’s :flabbynsick:

AMA, Grammy, aww that cac validation you can't live without it, you see you need cacs to tell you about music because you out of touch with your soul

It was also On the Pop charts too, once again I was talking about albums you thought I was talking about a song, because you figured the title track was what I was talking about you dumb ass nikka

I'm Your Baby Tonight is her one and only R&B ALBUM, this is not an opinion IT IS A FACT

You don't know shyt about music
