I lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks....following these steps

Meals = 5 per day.

Breakfast = egg whites or 3 pieces of turkey bacon and plain oatmeal

2 protein shakes

2 meals of lean meat and veggies

** sometimes I substitute a meal with a cliff bar

I see a trainer every Monday and do HIIT CARDIO and use my body weight via push ups, pull ups, bear crawls, squats, Burpees and a bunch of other exercises

Then I try to hit the elliptical and do 150 minutes a week or as much as possible


I feel so much better and shirts even got better

I can't stop. I gotta be in nice shape before I reach 30 :ohlawd:

as long as you watch what you eat and exercise mildly, you'll lose weight.

people make it more than it is
I'm gonna aim for an hour of cardio on the elliptical every day this week except today.

I can't lose, man.

Always struggled with weight and I'm 28. I don't want to be big and unhealthy in my 30s man.

45 to 60 minutes on elliptical 5 days per week and it'll burn about 700 to 800 calories per session. I'm aiming for 3500 calories per week like I did back in 2011 when I lost 50 lbs

My IF is working just fine :leon:

My only set back is my recent shoulder injury but I'm sticking to my diet since I can't lift .

What IF cycle you on :jbhmm:? 8/16:jbhmm:? 4/20:jbhmm:? I might get back into doing it...my standard restriction is working for now though.

You haven't been lifting at all or you're just resting in the interim before you get back in the gym :jbhmm:?
