I have a lawyer for the workman’s comp…what about how they treated me? Should I contact osha or something?

Do yall not have a handbook? There is no complaint line to contact? Or people at corporate who can tell you the proccess. Seems like you dont know any of the proccesses you typically learn through orientations or training classes at work. Not judging,because some companies neglect those things. And just throw you right out there.


But im wondering if you even followed the injury procedure proccess correctly now

Whole time it’s been almost 2 months, I’m still suspended, no return date, not making any money

if you have a lawyer how come you haven't been getting paid?

I got hurt got a WC lawyer and bi-weekly checks started to come in right away. I had to go to physical therapy and the doctor to continue on workers comp.

you should be on workers comp or at least gotten a decision if your claim was approved or not.

Yikes.

I have herniated and dry rotted disc in my lower back. shyt makes it impossible to walk some days or I have to use a cane. I know that pain. Mine is hereditary though.

Hopefully, your job will have to pay for the damage they caused.
