:scust: waste of time getting dressed for work, waste of time pretending to be friendly and welcoming. Waste of time talking to co-workers, waste of time spent in traffic.

I literally logon on the dot :blessed: and am not as tired when I am done working :blessed:. Sometimes I work 1 or 2 hours more but if I am in the office, I am leaving soon as I put in 8 hours.

The only thing is, if I can do it remotely so can an Indian and Romanian guy thousands of miles away for much cheaper :beli:.
But whenever I get asked my answer is always the same : “ I miss the office :noah:” . But this shyt is true :russ:

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
I wouldn't mind working from home 2-3 days a week but I need to be in the office for the after work happy hour shyt.

I know a lot of you anti-social coli brehs hate it, but I've made so many connections and secured 3 jobs by getting drunk with people at the bar.
Thats great for you, and I dont think its a social vs anti-social thing, some of us just dont crave the need to be around co-workers longer than we have to. But kudos to you.

The fact people don’t question why they still have the work conditions that were put in place for car manufacturers nearly a century ago (1920’s) is crazy to me.

After all technological advances and increased productivity, still working 9-5, five days a week, whilst having to be at the office is ridiculous.

People should be working three days a week, for 5 hours and with a mixture of it being remotely from home.

Labor reform being on the back burner for so long whilst conglomerates amass vast amount of riches, meanwhile the average breh doesn’t have $400 to cover an unexpected bill and everybody just goes about their day like it’s all good.

Be in 2020 working like you in a factory for Henry Ford, brehs

As long as these old ass dinosaurs remain in executive positions, paradigm shifts will be slow
Hopefully as the next generation takes over, we'll see less rigid, flexible work accomodations.

I worked from home for a good 4 years in the past. shyt got old.

I like going into the office. I'm also good with a balance of working at home and in the office as well. just not 100% remote.

I think the problem with y'all is you don't have hobbies outside of work. Work is your only means of being social. Not trying to call you out, a lot of people seem to like work for the social interaction

I'll say this, let me come in 4 days a week. Can chat up and be with the coworkers, but still have time for hobbies outside of work. It's the perfect balance

At least you're smart enough to understand this. Most Americans are not very self aware of how capitalism works. :francis:
I think it depends though. If you are in corporate or at a company, there is the benefit of already being familiar with how to do the job and the processes. Especially in regards to working with vendors or clients you already have rapport with as long as you are in a position that is necessary to make money, you should be fine. But those unnecessary jobs might get outsourced.
