MJ NOT SHOOTING 73% FROM THE LINE.
math fail

MJ NOT SHOOTING 73% FROM THE LINE.
What do you think Jordan could average in the league today, and what do you think Durant could average during the late 80s/early 90s?
This should be interesting.

yea aight nikka that said jordan is the goat shooter, im sure your opinion got some unbiasedness to it
IVE NEVER SEEN KD KNOCKED ON HIS ASS.
HES NOT A DYNAMIC FINISHER
THAT CAN AVOID MULTIPLE DEFENDERS.
THE PHYSICALITY WOULD LIMIT HIS INSIDE GAME
AND FREE THROWS.
ILL GIVE HIM 28 PPG
NOW WE LYING fakkit?
QUOTE ME WHERE I SAID MJ
WAS THE GOAT SHOOTER.
ONLY CLOWNS THINK A GOAT SHOOTER LIKE MJ
WOULDNT THRIVE IN THIS ERA.
NOW SHOW ME WHERE THE BEST SHOOTERS 2DAY
HAD A SEASON LIKE THAT.
Your argument was that Jordan was not only a GOAT shooter, not only produced a season that you deemed better than the best shooters of today's time (an era that's produced two guys that are heralded as the best shooters), but you relied on false equivalencies and individual seasons/three playoff stretches to determine he'd be elite in an era where there's actually dozens of guys hitting in the constraints your "GOAT shooter" was performing at during his best seasons.

You mean the same physicality that limited Adrian Dantley to 8-10 FTs a game? And yet you think a more athletic, more skilled, much, much bigger wing's inside game would suffer?
THE PHYSICALITY WOULD LIMIT HIS INSIDE GAME
AND FREE THROWS.
HAND CHECKING WOULD
LIMIT HIS HANDLE.
ILL GIVE HIM 27 PPG
It doesn't work like that.
SO AGAIN
SHOW ME A GOAT SHOOTER 2DAY
PUTTING UP
34, 7, 6 & 3
ON 54% FG & 38% 3P
Jordan ain’t scoring 45 ppg stop it...
If you want an idea of what Jordan would do in this league look at prime Kobe. They are basically the same fukking dude. Jordan’s production would be pretty similar. 45 a game is just over the top unrealistic.
late 80s early 90s jordan could avg 45 in this league bro
Y'all need to start banning dudes who obviously don't know the game and just be posting anything.Defense is better now then it was in the late 80’s/ early 90’s
Jordan would still get busy and would be arguably the best in the league, but he’s not averaging 45 a game
Y'all need to start banning dudes who obviously don't know the game and just be posting anything.
There is no one in today's league who is as good as Michael Jordan, so you saying arguably sounds like you don't like him or somethingHow is saying someone would arguably be the best in the game a slight![]()
MJ's FG% most probably wouldn't be anywhere near 50, because naturally, he'd be shooting more 3-pointers (thus dropping his FG%, which as I mentioned earlier isn't the best measurement of efficiency), and against better defenses.Jordan is like the A version. Prime Kobe was at 45% and 35ppg....Mike would be 50% which why I think if he gunned for it he’d be at 40ppg. 45ppg is ridiculous though
KD would struggle more in the 80s or 90s because he would get hand checked and nikkas would do whatever it takes to mess up his timing take the ball out of his hands
you ain't gonna block KD's shot, but you can annoy him
KD would still average 26-27 points in 80/90s but he won't be as efficient. after all rules and defense were tougher back then![]()
