You ever hate a job so bad you pulled up in the parking lot for work and literally cried in your car?

I was a grown ass, 32 year old man working a 4:30am to 2pm shift.

I got to work about 10 minutes early, sat there for a minute and put my head on my steering wheel and just started sobbing...like someone close to me just died type sobbing.

So yeah...I've most definitely been there my brother.

lmao, that's hilarious but I feel you

that's where I'm at right now

The meaning of life is to conquer your demons
That's YOUR MEANING
A meaning is a definition
The only objective definition is a number
Everything else is subjective
This is why people are miserable
They CANNOT THINK(IMAGINATION) OR FEEL(INTUITION) for themselves
It's called SELF esteem for a reason

Stories like these just remind me to be thankful for my career(and to tighten the fk up before i lose said career!). I LOVE my job. Been there 5 years now and I don't plan on ever working anywhere else. I'm just going to continue to climb the ladder right here where I'm working now. Man.. I can't imagine waking up and being miserable about having to go in. Actually I can, because I did it for years and years as a young man. I cannot imagine living like that, now.

Finally decided enough was enough with this miserable ass job:scust:

You know your job sucks when as soon as you get in work at 8am you’re constantly checking the clock for 5pm. This is possibly the worst job I’ve ever had in my life. This job was seriously making me depressed and even suicidal and I knew I had to leave for my mental health. I now feel good as fukk, gonna take the rest of the week off, prepare my resume and get back on the hunt next week Monday. This job sucked so much I couldn’t even do the usual 2 week notice cos no way I could spend another day here. Thank fukk for that :whew:
What did I tell you about taking your medication

Felt this way about every retail job I had. The last job I had was Marshalls. Micromanagement tend to belittle you, hours be long as hell, toxic environment. Never felt comfortable at this job nor any job really. Met some cool coworkers, but other than that, it was time to go.

No job is worth the mental stress. Props for leaving, your health comes first and foremost.

I remember a terrible job I was doing about 10 years ago dealing with escalated complaints at a bank call centre. The job itself was awful because you're being yelled at all day with back to back calls, but I also had a fully rotational schedule which made it even worse. I used to imagine crashing my car during the drive to work so I could go on disability leave. That shyt was so unhealthy I eventually left
