I'm not trolling. It's not a lot of blood., It's like streaks of blood in the phlegm. I was reading about it and even a small amount of blood is bad. I then made an appointment. The doc was like you should have no blood. She then asked me to make a CT scan appointment. That was today. Then at like 5pm I get an email from her saying I need to make an appointment to discuss my CT scan.
I hope its bronchitis or some kind of chest infection that can be easily treated. When is your appointment to discuss the results?

We getting old :sadcam:

Even If it is cancer it may be operable. Doesn't necessarily mean it's hopeless brother

I was gonna say that. Five-year survival rate for localized lung cancer is 62%. Five-year survival rate for regional lung cancer is 36%.

For comparison, that's basically saying that if you have just localized cancer, then your chances of still being alive in 5 years are about the same as the chances of a Kyrie Irving layup going in the bucket. And even if you have regional lung cancer, then your chances are still about as good as the chances of a Kyrie Irving three going in. Neither one is "give up it's hopeless" territory.

Hope it’s not lung cancer, but my dad made it through lung cancer. It’s been almost 10 years now.

He stopped smoking, they took out half of one of his lungs and he’s generally ok now.

He sometimes complains about not being able to do the things he used to do, but he’s happy to be alive.

I’ve seen you talk a bit about your health on here before. You’ve overcome some other stuff. You can probably do the same here. Don’t give up so easy.

shyt feels like RDR2 when the main character starts coughing up blood and he's like :snoop:

shyt is gonna make me examine my existential beliefs. I've already had part of my lung removed when I was 18. Lung cancer surgery is basically the same thing. Reminds me of the Nas song where he's like his friend still smokes with 1 lung. Life is overrated anyway. :manny:

My bro gets married in March. I wanna make that at least. Maybe it's nothing. I hope it's nothing. Still when my dr immediately asked me to make an appointment after the CT scan :drunk:
First, I’m hoping everything is ok breh. Leave the bottle alone, and wait for the results. Don’t give up, man. Life is too precious for that.

Second, props for the RDR2 reference. Arthur’s character is one of the GOATs.
