if you’re not familiar with septic shock I can break it down :francis:

Did you suffer any organ failure?

I was 27 it happened on March 23rd 2018 I’ll never forget that day..

My view on life changed dramatically because the shock is the final stage nurses and doctors couldn’t believe I lived, They gave me up told my fam call friends and family in to be there for my final moments. The prognosis was like 90/10. I went back and seen everyone in the icu once I finished rehabilitation and stuff the nurse who had me my first night in icu said she’d been a nurse for like 20 some years in the icu and I was the first person she seen walk away from that. My outlook is so diifferemt now I felt like sharing my story I’m blessed breh

my bad breh...was just trying to inject a little humor into it...didn’t mean to come across as making light of your situation

were you able to sue?
Yes the surgeon missed the sepsis completely when I was complaining of abdominal pain and misdiagnosed it 6 days later all that happened

Glad you made it breh. Did you have any "white light" moment or anything like that?
Honestly no breh but when I was close to death I saw my pops in my room he passed away but one night I remember coming to and seeing him I don’t know if it was spiirit or all the drugs for the pain but he looked real as could be like he was setting in my room with me like I wasn’t alone and he’s right there with me
