This is true. But look at what the OP criteria is:

Lyrics, flow, beat selection, consistency, influence, impact, and sales to a certain extent.

We're supposed to gauge these artists by the total package. You're gonna have a hard time making a legitimate argument for Big L and Pun as artists/emcee's over Hov. As a matter of fact you can't.

Pun and L were supreme lyricists, far from top 10 tho.

I wanted to disown him after that "battle" but I only had to listen to Poet Laureate II a couple of times and I had to recognize. He was my number 2 but I kicked him out the top 5. That'll learn him.

Cani is not a wordsmith as he lacked technical aptitude which cane from his lack of technical skill and inability to translate in the sonic landscape and bom change.
