I really dont understand people that but Andre on their lists but not Big Boi, people treat Big Boi like he's just some average rapper with verses that people just sat through to get to andre's.

Also he has some great albums, Sir Lucious is :banderas:
I never thought Andre was that better than Big Boi. Matter fact theres times I think Big Boi was better

Why Snoop?:jbhmm:
Good question.

Snoop isn't in my personal top 10 but he has certain qualities a lot of other rappers don't. Firstly, he's got Doggystyle in his catalog which is recognized as an all-time great hip hop classic album, so that looks pretty good on the resume.

Going by the criteria in the OP Snoop obviously has the impact/influence. Him and Dre had the rap game on lock in the early 90's. He's one of the most prominent voices of hip hop ever, everyone knows uncle Snoop. The most important thing about him is longevity. Snoop has been thriving in this game since 1992 and still has respect as an artists. He's survived through many eras, and has plaques for records and albums in the early 90's to the mid-late 2000's.

He has a legitimate case here.

You were not alive in 93, were you?
Were you cognitive about the culture then as well.
Not just a question asked to you but anyone in this thread.
How you gon rate emcees and you not really apart of the culture, tho.

It would be like rating roots reggae artist and you not ras.
