Yes and no. My upbringing isn't typical "suburban black" nor "hood nikka". But I think black men aren't as vocal about these issues because of that mentality of "get p*ssy or else" so they don't necessarily share but the rates are probably closer than you believe. Sink or swim moments means that some people pushed in the water sank. The difference is we're more likely to not speak the topic at all or utterCompared to the white population it isn’t a lot and they aren’t as bad as them either.
Most black men grow up getting teased for not getting p*ssy and it creates a sink or swim moment where we get pushed in the water and get social skills. That is a part of our environment and culture. That is a rarity in white areas.

But acting like every black man has the same sociability narrows our scope of masculinity and puts us in a box.
