I’ve been watching this thread grow bigger and bigger pause...
Now I see why this shyt is 8 pages long :mjlol:
@Gil Scott-Heroin where you at nikka? :mjlol:
He’s been offline for almost a week now, and he goes offline for long stretches. Might not see him for a while. The funny thing is that the spurs offense wasn’t playing all that well when this thread was made and they’d almost spent more time under .500 in November than they did the entire time since Duncan joined the team. 5-10 record in November. Then they started shooting at an absurd rate for December while taking even fewer 3’s (51% from the field and 42.4% from deep) :heh:. They’re currently taking the third fewest 3’s in the league and the second most 2’s while they’re 23rd in efficiency inside the arc and 23rd in attempts at the line. They just so happen to be shooting best in the league behind the arc as a team on the season (39.7%). The problem is they have to keep making shots at the rate they are since they shoot so many less than the rest of the league.

He's going to bump this thread when the Spurs unsustainable offense cools down, then quote every single one of y'all if they get bounced out in the 1st round. :dead:
The spurs didn’t increase the number of 3’s they take in December. They actually took fewer of them (23.8 attempts per game). They just started making way more. Their offensive surge just came from them making a ridiculous amount of shots, and it’s a rate we shouldn’t expect anyone to maintain. Late in the game last night they were 34-54 inside the arc, 11-22 from deep, and 18-19 at the line while Toronto was 5-27 from deep. That’s not really sustainable.
