It is at the point where even after Pop retires, are his assistants...one of whom probably takes over...are they going to continue to run Pop's preference for the midrange?Another day and another game where the Spurs get killed by 3-pt shooting and its spacing.

Becky with The Good Plays was one of the most prolific 3-pt shooters in WNBA history, so you'd like to think she would carry that type of mentality over into her coaching. It is at the point where even after Pop retires, are his assistants...one of whom probably takes over...are they going to continue to run Pop's preference for the midrange?

It's jarring watching the Spurs' runs; they work so hard to generate shots, only to eke out two-point [jumpshot] possessions, and then you have a team like the T'Wolves who come down the other end and run simple actions, and 1-2 passes later they've got an open shot behind the arc because of all the spacing they have. There's not a chance in hell that Pop doesn't realize this. It's just some next level stubbornness.

This thread has always been right; it's just taken longer for y'all to catch up to see what's really going on.This thread finally right, glad to see pop and the spurs finally buried in the dirt....![]()
I've already debunked this, many a time. Read through the thread.Spurs have the 5th scoring offense in the league
If anything their defense has been one of the worst in the league
