There's all the people with vested interest in politics like politicians, Party operatives, businesses and their executives, union members etc. for no one to vote.
Political parties raise hundred of millions to billions of dollars. It doesn't come from nowhere.

This was the 90s back when politicians would make deals to get shyt passed. Some really supported it, some held their nose and voted for it because they liked some parts of it and others voted against it. That being said, 2/3 of the CBC voted for it. It turned out to be a disaster.
