Vol 1 I agree there was a stretch of flawless music until Greed but "all downhill"?

the quality was nowhere near the first half of the album. It was so bad

I don't even remember these other than the Peckin' order

but still too many dope standalone songs.

Only really dope tracks I remember were Hello and the one with Krazy Bone...other than that everything else was pretty forgettable and I'm a HUGE Cube fan.

Not huge enough


The track with Krayzie is Until We Rich. Another great song.

Man I would maybe give those albums another listen down the line. I think more songs will stick.

of course he fell off by default...but the real question is do these albums deserve that much criticism? If you compare them to AMW and DC then of course. But what about as standalone albums? I think they're good albums. 7/10 type material.

Music changed on ice cube. His style was fading out & non-conscious lyrics was becoming normal.He tried to do both styles with lethal injection by bow down he switched. If it was released earlier it would be a classic.

It seemed unfocused and Cube trying a new style. Beats were not west coast sounding at all. Short Khop was wack as fukk. Hello was a NWA tune. Ghetto Vet was dope. If both albums had been boiled down to 1 CD it would have been better.
