that one is confusing to me. he's an italian citizen, arrived on april 30th and they're claiming he overstayed his visa. italy participates in the visa waiver program and can get 90 days for business or pleasure. oh and he wasn't deported (that comes with a 10 year ban), he voluntarily departed.
