A Lot of the moves that the Trump White House has made look to be attempts at starving the IRS / tightening shyt on the FEDs proxy influences The IRS and FED share veins in a sense that money(blood) pumps through both, and pressure on one is pressure on the other.

Lets run a hypothetical, say Trump abolishes property tax. the Dems need a strategy other than trying to find a way to portray everyaction that trump takes as negative for Americans. Trump is a different type of politician, dude will piss off his base temporarily to put Democrats in an uncomfortable position politically. (ex. DACA Amnesty for 2 million bundled in a package for Border Security - Which Dem didn't support)

This move "split the base" in an issue specific regard because Dems are left holding the door for a few (Illegal Immigrants / DACA recipients) while seemingly forgetting about the 100 million liberal people that were born and raised in this American System

As slimy as he is, dude invites people to sit in shyt and they can't help themselves.
:ehh:informative

the country is in the same shape obama left it in, which was pretty good. definitely >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> bush

the problem is that dems have told us that the sky would fall if trump got elected, and it hasnt :yeshrug:they look stupid, and they look like they cried wolf

The average person is too stupid to understand QE and political business cycles.

Let's see the damage from Trump's policies in a few years.

that article someone posted in here was probably pretty accurate, about how the repubs spend and the dems have to clean it up. reagan to clinton, bush to obama

im starting to think that despite the collective wet dream happening in the napoleon thread, mueller is not going to put trump in cuffs. and that being the case, i dont see the dems taking 2020. and if that was the case, id probably bet my life savings on the dems winning in 2024 :ehh:

That's been the trend for the last few decades. Republicans preach tax cuts and trickle down economics. Never works. Companies pocket the cash, buy back shares, don't increase wages and continue to push for more deregulation. The economy goes to shyt. Deregulated markets turn to speculative bubbles. Then Democrats come in and clean up the mess.

Why is Trump getting credit for this economy????

This is the Obama economy. fukking revisionists blame Obama for Bush's recession and now wwant to give credit for his turnaround to a moron President who's only real economic policy was a tax cut for the rich.

EDIT: and just like under Bush when states start suffering from the lost revenue, a Dem President will have to come in and take the heat for the tough choices to prop up the economy again.
