Alloy a character design by committee that for no one - girls dont want to be her and guys dont want to be with her..

she got that same cookie cutter borderline autistic personality they gave every white woman in science fiction / action for the last 10 years...

They made four games within her world in less then ten years more then spiderman !?!?!?

first game got step on by breath of the wild

second one step on by Elden Ring

VR game launch with new ps5 vr - bombs

the lego game bomb worst then concord

ellie - at least loved by her fan base and people hated the death of joel

I’m a little confused on how The Last of Us is an industry plant when the label had already dropped the critically acclaimed Uncharted discography. Which is a classic by the way. The Last of Us is another classic. Last of Us 2 had some fire as far as tuning up the production, but fails to deliver the same lyrical display Last of Us did. The only hype I don’t understand is Astrobot. The fact that it was able to take home a Grammy over Metaphor and Black Myth don’t sit well with me.

Horizon is actually a decent choice for this thread. Alloy got all the production value and marketing budget in the world, but she still has like 0 pull as a video game character. She'll never be Lara Croft, Ellie, or Samus status

You could argue that Panam from Cyberpunk or any of the Baldur's Gate 3 companions got more video game clout than Alloy :lolbron:

What? First Far Cry was a well made but not very popular FPS with some of the best graphics back then. It came out in 2004 which was filled with great video game releases.
The 2nd Far Cry had some realism that hardcore FPS gamers had really enjoyed ever since then. Those two games were not super mainstream.

It's in Saints Row trajectory, the game started really dope but then later became a cartoonish mess.
You proving my point. Ubisoft hyped Far Cry up like it was some new age FPS that was going to dominate the market and according to you, fell off after the second game and they still made like 8 more trash games. I remember every year when a new one was announced I would think, who plays these games. Aint no one ever said, check out that new Far Cry:scust::scust::scust::scust::scust:
