The only failure here was the Trump cutting off the funding for resupplying our stock of masks. period. Nothing else can be predicted, Ie time it takes to create a vaccine, neccessary steps to prevent spread of the virus. The only thing we could control is our stock of medical supplies, and Trump failed us by cutting off funding to that purpose.
