I consider myself a agnostic atheist I want to believe but religion just doesn't make sense.

Im just trying to learn as much as i Can. Every agnostic atheist on here seem to have different definitions to the point where they end up lookin like contortionists.

It means you are opened to the possibility of the existence of god but based on the available evidence you don't believe god exist.

how can you be open to the possibility that god might exist while not believing in the existence of god? How can you hide behind "available evidence" when there's none? And if you are open to idea that god might exist, why would make a thread about god's plan and free will? Even if christians don't know sht about god, the fact that you're open to god's existence makes it possible that god might have a plan right?

I don't believe in the "religion" I believe in Jesus Christ and the bibles teachings... I believe in God. I'm imperfect and I believe in God's forgiveness. My imperfection isn't a liability because I believe in God...he forgives. But I have to add...I try not to keep making the same mistakes over and over, I mean that's the only way forgiveness works right

Its called logic the reasons people give us that god exist have long been dis proven also the holy books we get information about god constantly contridict
themselves therefore anyone that is honest with themselves would not buy the belief that god exist.

Did god write the bible? Since Christians dont know shyt about god, shouldn't that only negate their version of god but not god's (possible)existence itself? I'm going by the definition you gave for agnostic atheist

According to Christians the bible was divine if im not mistaken the word of god written by man which makes no sense to me to be honest why would a supreme being need different people to write the bible for him. Thats what I just said you are agreeing with me lol based on the available evidence from the major religions I don't believe god exist I am open to the possibility because I realize I don't know everything at the same time I consider myself a rational thinker.
