Thread is trash, breh is speaking facts. You get calluses cause yo grip is trash. I made sure my form and grip was official before lifting and had minimal calluses. Ain't no woman ever complain when I put my hands on them but I've heard plenty of women talk about brehs with alligator hands.

I did have an older woman say that my hands were too soft years ago...i was working in construction at that time too, gloves kept me from calling off and kept my hands soft
