because in brazil and most other countries a chick with a do nothing government job doesn't feel this sense of entitlement. She a woman needs protection. I was at the DMV early one morning and the old female security guard told me there was a rash of rapes in our old neighborhood. some clown was just going in women's windows and raping chicks shyt didn't even make the news.
