Being a woman is hard. I fukking love women, unlike some of you incels in here, but women grow up expecting to be cared for. Men grow up expecting to work until we die. Which ends up being the case. Start there. The self-improvement thing sounds nice(I'ma do me!), but it's exactly like women trying to lean on whatever schooling they've had or "success" at work...as though those skill sets have anything to do with interpersonal relationships. It's just selfishness in a different package. At some point you're going to have to come back to interpersonal dealings and communication, to share and parse new information, to come to a consensus and move forward. The only way forward is together.

Personally? I think you start with the young men of the community. Get them believing in themselves and letting them know they to matter. I work in the school system.
