If Pookie Loc managed to kill Gucci Mane back in 2005, what would the rap game look like?

Being from where I'm from and my age being what it is, I've observed that Gucci's legacy had more to do with his street life (and people's need to dikkride street nikkas) than his musical contributions.

People outside the south like his music but we don't see Gucci as a great. Some of the artists he put on, contributed more legendary music to the general culture than he did.

Tru,.

nikkaz called Gucci,...goofie mayne etc.

Before mr perfect nikkaz hated in Gucci and i was the only person who wrote positively about his actual skill set. Not based upon the mixing of his project like the audiophiles did to champion jeezy singularly. When they all siphoned off me reviewing jeezy and Gucci dually in positive light. Ehen i was given the promos by the person who created the national playlist exclusively to see if i would write a review.

The rest is you being a part of my history.
Whether you like it or not.
I am a living fact.
The fact is you can not dispute fact.

If i did not factually do. You would not have a style to weakly bite, fake and pose with.

If Gucci was killed you probably wouldn't have heard from Milo's, Yung Thug, Wakka, Nikki Minaj or Rae Sremmurd. Plus OJ Da Juiceman and a few others. Zaytoven probably wouldn't have been as big. Trap music might now have taken off as much as it did. Opinions aside, Gucci's influence has been way bigger then Jeezy's and almost anyone else's in the last 15 years.

Not really because Young thug and Nikki success is due to cash money and Lyor Cohen.
Not really Gucci.

Killing him would had just solidify him as a legend in Atlanta. Just like with Mo3 out here in Dallas.

Rap would be different for sure

some of these acts may have still blown up but I can’t assume they all would have

Take away waka flocka and what does that do to chief keef/Chicago?
jeezy was an influence to sosa too, I'm assuming most of these young nikkas would rap like and act like jeezy. (which would be a good thing imo, more quality control and less drug usage, better critical thinking.)
