At the point to where I can do 10 sets of 10 in a small amount of time with pull ups. Surprisingly I can do pull ups better than pushups almost. Squats ain't spit...I did 150 my last routine in like 4 or 5.

That's the dumbest shyt I've ever heard, squats only make you strongerI decided to take out squats out my routine because it seems like it was making me stall on my bench for too long. You would think squats strengthening my llegs would make it easier to hold my body to lift the weight plus with the fact that squats make your base stronger....
But since i stopped for a min my bench has been going back up again...
maybe it was too much weight for my back
im just gonna do bent over rows and bench press and shoulder press for now

im saying i tihnk i was focusing too much on them and need to take a short break. and when i did that i started going up again. that isnt a coincidence
i think me doing bent over rows and squats on the same days made my back wear down twice as much. that is what im saying. and my back needs to have enough rest to bench the weight
