This thread been made before and someoneposted his story of this happening to him. He said he stayed but it fukked up their relationship and they eventually split. He said his girl started resenting him for it and was blaming him. She was raped at an event she wanted him to attend but he couldn't make it.

I'd try my best but shyt like this really damage a relation to no return.

So, if you walk down a dark alley and got your ass jumped....What would be the first thing people would be asking you?

Also, I never deny that a woman can be raped anywhere but you would be silly as hell to think that most rape cases don't involves the woman knowing the rapist or being out and about becoming a target for the rapist. So, because of that fact that's why I will be wondering did she know the rapist or she was out and about while she had a man at home.

If it happened prior to me, then I knew what I signed up for. I stay.

If it happened while we're an item ... chances are, I'll harbor guilt over failure to protect her and/or she'll have resentment not to mention the effects it could/would have on key aspects of the relationship, like intimacy and so on. I'd want to stay but I suspect the incident will cause the downfall of the relationship regardless, so it might be wiser to cut losses right then. However, I'm not wired to leave somebody at their lowest like that.

Either way, if we parted, it would not be my decision and regardless I'd try to remain in her life on some level, if only as a support system.

Probably leave, after seeing more about how women are I'm done with going above and beyond for them and holding myself to a extremely high standard when a lot of them will leave a dude for much lesser reasons.

I hate the idea of dealing with another dude effecting a relationship I'm in and like I said I don't trust most women to be loyal through anything that I go through so all that stuff about being loyal to them no matter what goes out the window for me. I did believe in staying loyal no matter what but those days are over. At the most we could talk from time to time but that's it.

Most rapes aren't happening in no damn dark alley though. Men are stronger than women by far, many use it to their advantage to commit rape.
