In fact, that system is stengthened by such, because it helps reduce the living wage of the citizens and is also helping to reduce the middle class. You can see this with the growing economic divide between the massively wealthy and the rest of the population.

The system is weakened by stronger labor laws, more equitable distribution of wages, and stronger middle and working classes.
