In California’s largest race bias cases, Latino workers are accused of abusing Black colleagues

Let's not forget about the Houston Community College Lawsuit

When i think about some of yalls entire argument is:

"Cacs hate us so much and have done so much irreparable damage, in the words Jim Ross, we are broken in half as a people :wow: :to: "

Reasonable people: "Yes which is why you should be concerned about what Trump is doing to Mexicans! , if they plan on body snatching them, what do you think theyre going to do to us? :mjtf:"

@O.Red @Voice of Reason and a few others: "Cap :duck: . We good bro, they cant legally deport us :troll: or do much else worse, right? :skip:"

Like who the fukk do yall think these people are? :mjlol: Like theyre gonna say "man we sure have fukked over the blacks enough, give em a break this go around :smugbiden: "

Same thing happened in Metro Atlanta

The minor’s parents said Hispanic students called their daughter a slave and whipped her with a belt.

Forgot all about this. We need a stickied thread for all these cases.

:mjlol:since the year 2000 there have been 7 documented violations or overreaching on the constitution. From both Republican and Democrat presidents. You're naive if you think the constitution matters as much as it did 70 years ago. Especially with the way the SC is structured

President George W. Bush (2001–2009)

NSA warrantless surveillance: Authorized wiretapping without FISA court warrants post-9/11—legal experts said this likely violated FISA and the Fourth Amendment .

---

President Barack Obama (2009–2017)

Libya military intervention (2011): Launched airstrikes and military action without explicit congressional approval, exceeding the 60-day limit under the War Powers Resolution .

Individual mandate: The ACA's health-insurance requirement was challenged as violating constitutional limits. (Supreme Court upheld it as a tax, but opposition framed it as an overreach) .

---

President Donald Trump (2017–2021, and into 2025)

Trump holds the record for judicial rebukes—over 185 federal injunctions blocking policies :

1. Birthright‑citizenship executive order: Attempted to deny citizenship to children of undocumented immigrants — blocked as “blatantly unconstitutional” .

2. Freezing federal funds & diversity office purge: Halted spending on diversity programs without Congress—found unconstitutional .

3. Emoluments violations: Alleged breach of Domestic and Foreign Emoluments Clauses—benefiting from his businesses via foreign governments .

4. Alien Enemies Act use: Attempted mass deportations without due process—blocked by courts .

Without due process, which is a human right, forget constitutional.

Liberia Colonization (1820s–1860s): The American Colonization Society shipped thousands of free Black Americans to Liberia under the guise of "repatriation"—many forcibly removed from their communities.

20th-century Jim Crow: Systemic racism, economic strangulation, and terror campaigns (like the KKK) forced some Black families to flee the South for northern cities—or even abroad. Not deportation in the legal sense, but an undeniable expulsion by social terrorism.

Convict Leasing & Exile: In some cases, Black convicts were effectively exiled or forcibly relocated through chain gangs and private labor contracts. Again, not deportation by the federal government but an extrajudicial method of forced relocation.

Which was my point. What makes OP think the worst thing that could happen to Black Americans is deportation?

If both isles of Washington are complicit in horrific war crimes outside of America, why would they not be inside America? If you recognize that we have other things to worry about, doesnt it stand to reason that it includes deportation or worse?

So you think they're going to round up over 40 million FBA/ADOS to deport them...

And FBA/ADOS are just going to sit back and let it all happen? :mjlol:

Can you also please explain HOW they're going to deport 40 million FBA/ADOS and WHERE exactly to?

That's like saying "If Juan got put away for first degree murder for shooting Javi, Imagine what they are going to do to me for being black" :lupe:

The point is that yall have it backwards. It’s not “imagine what they’re gonna do to us now :damn:

What they’ve done and are doing to us is what they’re doing to IMMIGRANTS NEXT. Getting sent back to your country is LIGHT in comparison to what we’re going through so this idea that it will ramp up after this makes no sense when we’re already being done worse.

Your logic is like if someone shot you and the person next to you got punched in the face. And then the person who got punched turns to you and says “imagine what they’re gonna do to you now :damn:

Let me fix your (terrible) analogy:

"if Juan got put away on trumped up murder charges, and the police have historically beaten, killed, and framed innocent black people and are currently led by a police staff that has made it clear that they see Blacks as inferior leeches no better than beasts of burden, I probably should be concerned!" :lupe:

Yet Black people still struggle to find employment.

You're a foreigner tryna convince us to put immigrants before ourselves.

You are talking nonsense. The black unemployment has never been lower. In fact, black unemployment has fallen as the number immigrants increased.

I asked what makes OP and others think this stops at immigrants. What, based on black history in America and history of minorities in general, gives you the confidence to say Black Americans will be fine?

I can wax poetic about all sorts of worse case scenarios. But tell me what stops CACS and their c00n servants from doing worse to black Americans.

That's my only question. I'm not reading the 25 pages in here to see if its been answered. If it has, quote it for me.
