I used to subscribe to a similar perspective, but it was because I felt hopeless and out of control of my life. Running from what I saw caused me more anxiety versus facing them down and really breaking them down.
I would say most of the stuff in this superstructure is not truly valuable or that everything is temporary.
We as humans fukk up when we seek structure and security apart from learning adaptability and detachment.
Experiencing pleasure or pain in your physical body or as a result of your thoughts has a way of bringing one back to what is "real".
I have gained more peace in my life by focusing my energy on what I can control and developing the resilience to navigate the circumstances I cannot.
