A shake post and then a good meal reigns supremeI psyched myself up bcaa supplements were good for recovery but I don't really think it does anything special. None of these supplements actually go through clinical trials.

Not trying to pick on you but the mistake I see a lot of people make(I made it myself when I first started) is waste time focusing on supplements when that time should be spent on diet and exercise. Your response sounds generic and like there is no plan in place. Nothing wrong with that at all. I just think that you're not at a point where you would see any benefit to adding additional supplements.Low weight high reps.
