Actually it’s the opposite, most people can’t crush 4K in one meal so to make that the broad suggestion is likely to be less effective for the collective.

im not suggesting OMAD. My statement is calories in vs Calories out. It doesnt matter how many times you eat. You mentioned the contrary, and i explained ive done all types of eating windows and the results are always the same (because i track calories).

  • BCAA/EAAs - not necessary but they're nice to drink instead of water while lifting
  • Maltodextrin - mixed intra; used to provide energy
  • Weight gainer; sometimes whey isolate and/or concentrate

I prefer spinach and hate asparagus.

Plus it is engineered and could give you bytch t*ts too.
That you would never have.
