I started using RSP Prime-T last year off and on and I noticed a difference. I also take Whey Protein Isolate, BCAA's, Creatine HCL, Glutamine, Fish Oil, Multivitamin and Zinc

Strictly Whey Protein. Been thinking about going back to creatine.

creatine, multi, fish oil only thing i feel worth it.

greens supplement and whey are icing on the cake to balance your diet (i consider them food really).

everything else is a bonus but the ROI is minimal where it aint worth the money unless you have the disposable income.

Don’t disagree except in a build phase. Better to spread protein intake around across three to four meals.

Saying that more in case someone reads later, oy coming at you.

calories in vs calories out.

ive done IF, OMAD, 4 meals a day. Lol results always the same as long as i work out and hit my calories. All that other stuff is just tk give newbies structured ways to consume their food.

Years ago I used to spend a small fortune on all these supplements I saw in muscle magazines until I figured out 99% of them was a hoax. I was bamboozled. Most moderate and advanced lifters only need a good protein, creatine and vitamins.

Wouldn’t say that. Hard to hit protein macros on IF and OMAD
