Philly won back to back games in the conference finals with Iverson shooting 10-32 and 5-27 . You’re trying to tell me Steph couldn’t do better than that against the worst eastern conference of all time? They played a 41-41 pacers team that cracked 90 points once all series in the first round and Indiana lost every game where they didn’t hold the sixers below 80. They won game 3 with AI going 11-28 from the field and 10-14 at the line. They won game 4 with him going 10-31. He shot 40% from the field for the semis against Toronto and they ranked 14th in defense. They won game 4 with him going 10-30 and game 7 with him going 6-24.

If Steph scorches more complex defenses on a nightly basis, he’s going to annihilate any pre zone defense, let alone a mediocre one like the 2001 raptors or a team coached by George Karl that finished 20th in the league in defense.
