Lol can I be honest ? It’s racist here but it’s not the type of racism everyone thinks. White folks try to regulate but folks don’t really allow it here. The sports fans are hella racist ( liquid courage) but I don’t surround myself around white people. I work with them and that’s where it ends. Money wise you can definitely make money here. .. like any place it just depends on the field.

Boston probably the Silicon Valley of the east coast so it should be a great place to get tech work, but it seems more convenient for black people to move to the dmv if u black wanting to live in the northeast

I currently live in yuppie ville South Boston. I lived all over growing up though .. Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan.

Crazy how Southie was a no fly zone for us growing up. Now all types of ppl live there.

I enjoyed coming up in the Boston area, but there's no chance you're going to be able to convince black folks it's not the Jim Crow North. White folks have pulled the ultimate trick on us. The Boston area is safe, clean, and no one bothers you.

I wouldn’t mind making that move to Boston the only problem is I’m not sure if I ready to deal with the Boston brand of crackers when for how expensive Boston is it’s several cities I would move to first that offer the same if not more than Boston

It depends on the white folks you're thinking of. A lot of them got gentrified, or bought out a while back. The city is way different than it was in the 80s. Southie ain't Southie no more.

Originally from Roxbury/Humboldt Ave area. At 14 years old my Mom and Pops got divorced. Moved with my pops to the Morton St. area in Dorchester/Mattapan. Lived there till I got married and had a kid

I have Family in Rhode Island. I lived there for awhile too as a kid .. also lived in New Haven moved a lot as a kid . To answer your question yes . .we have coyotes. Their starting to make their way to the City now too from time to time

On dawgs there are folks who really believe white ppl out here roaming the streets terrorizing black ppl like the KKK.
