There's nothing to disagree with. Strength is relative. People act like there's some standard (2 plate bench for reps) but it's just arbitrary numbers.

Two plate bench, three plate squat, four plate dead is the standard around this way. If you not touching that as a dude (or trans man :dame:) you don't eem lift. :manny:

I’m a power lifter myself that’s how I know it’s easy mode compared to all that other shyt.
I "powerlift" too, mostly do compounds, when I workout, but its easy in the sense I don't do more than 3 or 4 exercises in the gym, a session.

But it requires a lot more energy and is way more taxing.

YOURE 100% CORRECT.

I WATCH THE GUY IN THE OP
ALL THE TIME
FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES
BUT I KNOW HE AND THE PPL
IN HIS INNER CIRCLE ARE FULL OF shyt.

ALL OF THESE DUDES LIFT WEIGHTS
IN COMBINATION WITH CALISTHENICS
AND A LOT OF THEM TAKE PEDS ASWELL.

1. IM CERTIFIED IN PERSONAL TRAINING.

2. I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF SIZE/BODY
YOU CAN ACHIEVE FROM CALISTHENICS/WEIGHT LIFTING
FROM TRIAL AND ERROR.

THESE DUDES BUILT
THEIR BODIES UP LIFTING WEIGHTS,
EATING MEAT...
AND SOME OF THEM TAKING PEDS...

:dead:THEN GET ON YOUTUBE AND SELL YOU CALISTHENICS AND PLANT BASED DIETS BECAUSE ITS THE IN THING
AND THERES ALREADY 10 BILLION
OTHER WEIGHT LIFTING CHANNELS.

THE GUY ON THE LEFT
IS THE TYPE OF BODY YOU CAN
ACHIEVE STRICTLY FROM CALISTHENICS...

WHILE THE GUY ON THE RIGHT IS
THE FAKE CALISTENICS GUY
WHO LIFTS WEIGHT AND TAKES PEDS
WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING.

Guy with locs is clearly on juice. :picard:

Because it is.

If you're doing it right, you're pushing yourself to damn near max capacity.

Each rep, is a fight or flight, moment. (if you're doing it right)

I can't do strength based programs for more than 4 months before I begin to dread going to the gym. It really beats up your body.

I get its not for everyone too...

I've been doing it for years.

There's really no substitute compared to the feeling I get from it. Also I'm not attempting max out every time. Instead I lift about 65-80% of max, to the point where I'm still working pretty hard and the weight is manageable.

The real problem arises when nonstrength cats try overcompensate for their inefficiencies by saying Calisthenics are better.

I'm starting to think that it's all part of the Calisthenics YouTube hustle lol

A lot calisthenics YouTubers be lifting on the side but getting on camera telling dudes they can get 3D delts from upside down push ups
Even the whole prison shyt they like spew is cap.

Prisoners will create makeshift weights to workout with, if they don't have access to equipment. It's not just pull-ups and dips.

And like I mentioned before 2-3x a week I incorporate pull-ups and dips into my workout.

So it's not an either / or fallacy.
