There's nothing to disagree with. Strength is relative. People act like there's some standard (2 plate bench for reps) but it's just arbitrary numbers.
It takes serious motivation to do calisthenics for some reason.
I also find weights easier to mentally do, but physically harder.
He right. Lifting is easy mode. Especially powerlifting you doing 5x more sitting around and resting for your next set than actually lifting.
