If you don't exercise, lift weights, pushups, walk, etc regularly... you only have yourself to blame :yeshrug:

High sugar and High salt diet works wonders in making you feel old as well
Right now my work is involved doing moving for a company I'm co-owner of I get exercise everyday, even when I'm not working I'm walking around or hitting the skatepark up hurr in Denver skateboarding and shyt on my veteran fly shyt.

Like a nikka still got a sixpack and shyt...

I be feeling old mentally though...but that's definitely due to bad habits I partook in with years of partying and drinking and smoking.

I really do need to cut down on all the sugars in my diet and drinking energy drinks and fast food.

But I actually be surprised at how well I've held up over the years when peers around me got grey hairs and balding and got beer guts and they look old as hell.

All these childish ass 30 year olds in LA it’s not a flabby age at all
35 is the new 25.
30 is the new 20
25 is the new 15
20 is the new 10

And then there are some days where I"m like .... fukk all of that shyt...30 is still the same damn old 30!
:mjlol:

Sorry I'm high as hell right now smoking on this THC oil vape pen...I can't believe I live in a weed legal state. I'm bout to get more of these later tonight.

One thing that's cool about being in my 30s is man, shyt don't get to me like it used to. I've learned to laugh at myself alot and appreciate blessings which helps me in life. I feel like I used to be way too emotional of a dude in my 20s, now the shyt that used to get to me back then, doesn't.

And also, realizing, nothing is truly impossible. The only limits we really set on ourselves is in the mind for real.

But also, it's important, with anything you do to lay down the ground work for a long fruitful career or stay in whatever you are into early.

If you stick to something for 5, 10, 15, 20 years...the payoff will be rewarding/

Bingo, that's it

High sugar diets fukk up your hormones, energy, joints, mood, etc
High salt diets fukk up your blood flow, increase water retention, lower your immune system, etc

Fruit and yoga :dame:

Yoga does wonders. Did it for a year. Was trying to become an instructor. that same year I was doing kickboxing.

Good way to meet ladies and alladat.

Ayo, no lies told. Yoga takes care of so much oldness. Remove toxins from the body. You lose water weight. Muscles and joints are more limber. :wow:

Just wait until you're 40.. :wow:

40 myself and, sure, some days I'm :martin::mjcry::stopitslime::wtb::what::comeon::to:at my body but, for the most part, with playing ball, hitting cardio, lifting weights to tone and yoga, a breh is lightyears ahead of my :flabbynsick:brehthren.:wow:

Do you have any old friends? I have homegirls in their 50’s that look GOODT. You think about it less when you’re surrounded by good people, regardless of age.

Most of my friends are around my age some of them are younger than me. But I just think its crazy how back in the day I used to be the youngest one in my group, now I'm the oldest or one of the oldest.
