Respect and thanks for the love! Not gonna do anything special. I stopped celebrating my birthday after 2005. My first born child, my son, was born stillborn on June 6th of that year, 3 days before my birthday. To be honest, I haven't recovered fully. Hard to get over that. I never had the pleasure of meeting my little man or hearing him cry or anything, but I feel such a special bond with him. So I just don't feel right celebrating. I've used every birthday since that year as a time of remembrance and reflection. But thank you again. Much appreciated.Have a blessed birthday OP

Man. Respect to you brother for transitioning from that dark period in your life and setting yourself on a positive path my guy. So much better than the alternative. My wrist and knee pain and dings from the gym are lingering a little longer than usual for me. Harder and harder to keep in shape. Gotta worry about old nikka shyt like getting my prostate checked and high blood pressure and diabetes medication. I'm not liking this aging shyt at all

I know what I consistently see and hear about from men in my age bracket. I'm assuming you're a woman?
My advice to you? Don't attempt to put on a shoe that doesn't fit. If what I said doesn't apply to you, then don't become a crusader for or a defender of ratchet ass women who aren't worth defending.
And I don't take high blood pressure medication, or any other medication, besides a multivitamin, for that matter. I was being facetious. I don't get any complaints in that department. Never have

Life shouldn't be bad at 40, you should have your priorities completed at that time.
If your joints hurt why not try Yoga? As for high blood pressure, do more cardio, avoid restaurant foods, drink a lot of water, and get in 4000mg of potassium.

I work, go to the gym, and go home. I find pleasure in simple shyt like reading, listening to music, finding a good series to indulge in and get into, and taking naps
