Just an FYI to the brehs who are really not knowledgeable on programmering, if this kid was seriously worth the 120K he was quoting all these questions that @Silver Surfer asked should have been a cake walk.

For one, we're only getting one side of the story and OP is extremely biased against the interviewee. Two, let's be frank, the kid was never going to get the job and proposed salary with OP as his interviewer, even if he aced the interview.
